In this article, I will show you how to spot liars by detecting some very simple and basic body language movements, but to be absolutely sure that you have detected a lie in body language analysis, you must obtain at least 3 findings and evaluate these findings in context.

Memorizing the 5 body language movements you should pay attention to when detecting lies and paying attention to these movements in your daily life will increase your awareness and open a different window for you.
Pay attention to eye movements : If the person avoids eye contact or moves their eyes excessively, this is a sign that they may be lying. But what you need to pay attention to is that body language alone may not necessarily indicate lying.
Look for tremors: If a person’s hands are shaking or their body is shaking in some way, this increases the likelihood that they are lying. But again, body language alone may not necessarily indicate lying.
Pay attention to lip movements: If a person's lips are trembling or biting, this indicates that they are likely lying, but it may not be enough evidence on its own.
Watch for changes in facial expression: If a person’s facial expression suddenly changes or becomes tense, this increases the likelihood that they are lying, as the person lying will be open to sudden changes in emotion. However, it may not be sufficient evidence on its own.
Nose Scratching: Especially in men, the mucosal skin under the nose swells due to stress, causing itching. If the person lying is not a professional, it will be difficult to avoid this situation.

When it comes to detecting body language lies, the above clues are just some ideas and other factors should always be taken into account. For example, if a person’s hand is shaking, it could be because they are in a stressful environment. Also, people can be skilled at hiding body language cues and not exhibit any of the above behaviors even when they are lying.
